Is the app free?

The Free plan covers one store with no time limit. Premium gives you 30 days free, then costs €4/month for unlimited stores.

Do I need a plugin on my store?

Yes — the free ShoopSync Connect plugin is required. Without it the app can only read data via REST API, without push notifications or the full courier discovery.

Is PrestaShop supported?

Yes, alongside WooCommerce. Same pricing, same app screen, separate plugin on the store side.

How do push notifications work?

The store plugin sends the event to api.shoopsync.com, which forwards it via Firebase Cloud Messaging to your phone. We do not store your store's customer data — the notification payload is order number, amount, and item count.

Where is customer data stored?

It stays on your store. The app reads it via REST API directly from your server. The shoopsync.com backend only keeps FCM tokens and an install token needed to route push notifications. Details in the Privacy policy.
